You may be wondering what to do with the Spicy Red Mustard Greens. I like to have a little in my salad. This is a sweet and savory way to enjoy the greens, while impressing your friends with the presentation. The highlight of this meal was the maple syrup.

Sausages (grilled)
Red Mustard Greens
Maple Syrup (pictured, Schneiderwind Farm Maple Syrup)
1. Grill the sausages.
2. Select large red mustard greens, rinsed and uncooked, 2 per sausage link.
3. Wrap each link with the greens and stick with a toothpick to hold them together. Place in a serving dish.
4. Drizzle maple syrup over all and serve.
