We had our very first melon harvest this past Tuesday and it was abundant. When I say melon, I mean cantaloupe. The watermelons will be in the shares shortly. We decided to turn some of the extra cantaloupes into what I like to call Melon Juice. We handed out free samples to members during distribution on Tuesday and people really liked it! If you have a blender then I strongly suggest that you try this.
Ingredients & Preparation
1. Scoop 1/2 cantaloupe into your blender.
2. Add in a bunch of ice.
3. Blend
4. Drink
