Mozzarella, tomato, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar!
Stack your mozzarella, tomato, and basil … and then drizzle everything with the extra-virgin olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. Then sprinkle salt and pepper. All to taste.
